Twenty years ago, Vietnamese cuisine was still relatively unknown to the world, but now, Pho has gained fame worldwide, followed by Banh Mi. With deep gratitude to my wife's homeland, Tay Son, Binh Dinh, where the unique Bau Da Rice Wine is produced, that the opportunity to the founder to explore this region for over 15 years and it became a source of inspiration to search for the traditional fermentation methods and secrets to create distinctive rice wines, combining them with modern knowledge. Today, we have a new type of rice wine... Ngoc Binh will continue the tradition by introducing a beverage made from the ancient yeast culture of Vietnam, combined with rice and water, resulting in a unique type of rice wine. Currently, Ngoc Binh rice wine continues to perfect and improve to launch a line of Whiskey brown rice wine products with a strong Vietnamese flavor.
